We offer a 15 day return policy if you are not satisfied with your sling.  Your sling must be exactly as you bought it, with no signs of wear.  Return will be given as money back within 7 days of return, minus shipping costs.  Shipping is not refundable.

Returns made after 15 days are given store credit, providing that product has not been used and is still in new condition.

When buying a sling you must agree to our terms of use and release of liability as listed below: 

By buying an LBC Creations sling you agree to release LBC Creations and the creator of said sling of any and all liability for what happens to you or your baby while using the sling.

You will inspect your sling before and after every use, making sure that the sling is in good working order.

Safety always, do not lean over with your baby in the sling.  Keep a hand on your baby especially while learning to use your sling.

Do not cook or get near any heat source with your sling.
